An emotional photo of President Rody Duterte together with a child victim of the Naga City landslides is now spreading on social media as some people at close proximity with the President during the incident overheard that the chief executive asked the little girl seriously if she wants to go to Davao as she lost both her parents in the landslide in Naga City, Cebu.

Netizens were delighted with the gesture of humanity presented by Pres. Rody Duterte which showcased the real definition of empahty that former Pres. Noynoy Aquino allegedly doesn't know about. According to concerned netizen Mira Savaria Encabo, "I've never seen a President like him. People with the same amount of compassion to people were Martin Luther King, Mother Theresa and Nelson Mandela." Encabo stated.

The concerned netizen also noted that he will not be surprised if one day, Pres. Duterte will be in the books because of his love and goodwill to the Filipinos and the country.
