Nabuking na! Maanomalyang Ghost Scholars na may pondong mahigit sa P10-M sa panahon ni Noynoy pinaiimbestigahan

Muling binanatan ng mga Netizens ang Aquino Administrasyon dahil sa binalita ng News5 tungkol sa ‘Ghost Scholars’ na nilaanan ng P10-M pondo ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority TESDA noong 2015 na panahon ni Noynoy Aquino.

Ayon sa ulat ng News5, P10-M pondo ang inilaan ng TESDA sa mga pekeng scholar at ito ay ayon sa report ng Commission on Audit. Ayon sa COA, nagbayad ang TESDA ng mahigit 9.3-Milyon pesos sa AMA Computer College sa Sta. Mesa campus noong 2015. Pero sa imbestigasyon ng COA, lumalabas na nasa 200 iskolar ang kanilang hindi ma-validate.
