BREaking: Ang Controversial Cop na si Chief Jovie Espenido Itinalaga sa Bicol ni PNP Chief Albayalde

May bagong assignment­ na naman ang kontrobersiyal na police officer na si Chief Inspector Jovie Espenido.

Mula sa Police Regional­ Police Office sa Misamis Oriental kung saan nagsilbi itong chief of police sa Ozamis City, inilipat ng Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Police Director General Oscar Albayalde si Espi­nido sa Catanduanes Police Provincial Office (PPO).

Ang bagong reassignment ni Espenido ay batay sa inilabas na memorandum mula PNP Directorate for Personnel and Records Management.

Hindi naman tinukoy kung anong partikular na posisyon ang hahawakan ni Espenido sa Catanduanes PPO.

Ang lalawigan ng Ca­tanduanes ay itinuturing na ‘shabu hot bed’ sa Bicol region.
