TRillanes binara ni Guevarra"Sa Korte ka magpaliwanag hindi sa media o sa press conference"

Hinamon ni Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra si Senator Antonio Trillanes IV na patunayan na lang sa Korte ang kanyang depensa. Iginiit kasi ng senador na na-dismiss na ang kanyang kasong kaugnay sa tinaguriang Oakwood mutiny noong 2003. Sinabi ni Guevarra na sa halip na sa media o sa press conference nagsasalita ay dapat sa Korte na lang magpaliwanag.
Hamon pa ni Guevarra na maglabas na lang ng patunay si Trillanes na nakumpleto niya ang mga requirement na nakapaloob sa amnesty. Sa pahayag kasi ni Trillanes ay hindi siya maaaring arestuhin dahil ang kanyang kasong nakabinbin sa Makati City Regional Trial Court ay nabasura na bukod pa aniya sa amnesty na ibinigay sa kanya noong 2011 ng dating Pangulong Noynoy Aquino.
