Tiniyak ni Special Assistant to the President Secretary Bong Go na mayroong mga ginagawang hakbang ang pamahalaan sa problema sa congestion sa mga airports sa bansa partikular ang Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).

Sinabi ni Go na marami nang proyektong nakapila para masolusyunan ang problema.

Isa dito ay ang pagtatayo ng P750-billion international airport sa Bulacan na makakapag accommodate ng 100 milyong pasahero kada taon sa oras na ito ay maitayo.

Ayon sa San Miguel Corp ang proyektong ito ay magbibigay ng ginhawa sa mga pasahero at magbibigay ng aabot sa 1 milyong trabaho para sa ma Pilipino sa loob ng 6 na taon na konstruksiyon nito.

Sa pamamagitan ng mga airports sa labas ng Metro Manila ay mas mababawasan pa ang congestion sa NAIA.
