Target revenue ng BOC para sa Setyembre, nalampasan. Pumalo sa P52. 420 billion pesos ang kabuuang kita ng Bureau of Customs para sa buwan ng Setyembre ngayong taon. Mas mataas ng 0.9% kung ikukumpara sa target na P51.956 billion pesos. Ayon kay Customs Commissioner Isidro Lapeña, malaki ang iniambag ng 14 na ports sa buong bansa dahil nagawa rin nilang malampasan ang kanilang target revenue. Hindi naman kabilang sa mga nakaabot ng kanilang target revenue ang Manila International Container Port, Port of Manila at Port of Surigao.
"This achievement is attributed not only to the consistent diligence of all BoC ports in terms of collection but also to the continuing application of correct valuation and tariff classification of goods,"sabi ni Custon Chief Isidro Lapeña.
